Yes, we are the new born physical therapy center in Chatan. We are located at Chatan intersection near Camp Foster and by the Route 58.
If you are a TRICARE Prime beneficiary, simply request to your PCM to send Physical Therapy referral to International SOS so that you can get an authorization to visit our center.
